What I talk about When NOT saving the world.

Recently, I’ve developed a close and personal friendship. She may or may not agree with this designation so we will call her “Holly.” (I’ve changed the spelling of her name to protect her.) She used to live in Montana but has since moved a couple of times. For some reason, our friendship has developed mostly since she moved. I blame myself. It’s only been recently that I’ve discovered shoes and our friendship has blossomed along with insole technology.
My husband doesn’t completely believe this. It’s not that he doesn’t believe it, but when I was explaining our texts, I think he was looking for a steam iron.

(I feel I should clarify that we do discuss incredibly intelligent and important things.  But there are other blogs more suited for such subject matter. Like CNN.com)

If anyone else would like to receive these shoe texts, let me know.  But only if you let me know if there is a specific app we could be using.  Something like “Shoeterest” or “Instashoe.”  I think we need it.

I believe this was showing how I'm most stylish when working out.

These are her festive shoes. And she has a beautiful Christmas tree.

Here I was questioning if my nylons went with my shoes. She suggested I also bring the quilt.

And finally, this is showing what lengths we go to in order to show each other our shoes.

  1. The last picture was hilarious. I was trying to figure out where the arm came from but then I realized it was part of taking the photo as you were on the sink! Nice shoes, BTW. Very stylish and fun-looking 🙂 I also like the your friend’s purple ones. I also have a friend who likes shoes and she loves the high heel, almost-floating kind, much like the purple one. Except, she has them in the color red. If I didn’t know better, I would have believed she stole them from Dorothy of The Wizard of Oz and attached heels to them. They look outstanding, nonetheless! Anyway, great to read about your love for shoes!
